Top two buildings so far
I feel as though we have barely scratched the surface in availabilities, but I attribute that to the fact that I typically lead the Saturday apartment hunts. I led us in circles, and actually we crossed the same intersection three times on Saturday. Oops.
So from what we were able to see, there are our top two choices. They vary in price about $150 a month (so that’s like a sandwich here), and the Tribeca Park is a bit bigger than the Tate.
