Career killer?
A publicist notified me a few weeks ago about a new reality show casting soon for the CW Network. It is being done by the same people who did Project Runway and Top Model (my feeble attempt at legitimizing this untitled show), and the focus of this series, is to find the next great fashion editor. Apparently the winner of the show gets to become the Fashion Editor of Elle.
Too good to be true? I have had two phone interviews, and was asked to come next week for an audition. Who moves from LA to NYC to do reality? I’m going to see if its legit or not, most likely there will be no “prize”, no senior level editor position, but I am going to show up for the audition and see what happens.
I found a clip on Perez this morning about the show, I guess Tyra is going to be the next host.
