I don’t ship many things, but I found this to be abhorrent.
My mother did me a HUGE favor yesterday, and overnighted something FROM Santa Monica TO Downtown L.A. (“are you out of your mind?” her response, when asked if she’d rather just drive it there), and when I went to check on the delivery status, I was shocked to see the following:
Santa Monica > Marina Del Rey > OAKLAND (WTF!!!) > Downtown L.A.
My God the mail system is so broken.
